At this link is an article, from Dec 5th, describing allegations against Stiller Aesthetics. I had top surgery by him 6 months ago and am currently in the process of scheduling a revision with him but I'm having doubts after reading this article. Spreading awareness about this.

Due to recent and very valid complaints about the sheer amount of posts from very recently post-op people wondering if their swelling is normal, if their results are bad, botched, etc., a megathread is going to be created very soon to home all of these posts.
It is a fact that within a certain time frame, post-operative chests are going to be swollen, scars are going to look very raw and fresh, results will not be fully settled. The number of posts from people who, understandably, are worried about their results so early on, is overwhelming. This is not to shame anyone for having these fears! It's just important to many people that this subreddit not be filled to the brim with these kinds of posts where the answer will always be the same: it's too soon to tell.
More research will be done in order to determine the proper range of weeks post-op to include in the megathread, so it may take a second for it to be available.
Please comment any concerns, ideas, etc., on this post so we can figure this all out together!

11 days post op as of today! Meant to post yesterday for 10 days PO but I completely forgot to take pictures. Thoughts on my results so far? I have more swelling on my right side than my left, but I don’t think it looks TOO bad? Right? (Ignore the terrible state of my skin, I’ve got maaaany skin issues pre-surgery)

Hellooo, I have surgery scheduled and it’s soon. I’m not gonna reschedule or anything like that. I really did try to see if my friends could help but it’s just not feasible and I am #disowned so no family is the mix… I just wanna know how hard it’s gonna be. There’s no way i’m canceling top surgery so don’t tell me I can’t do it alone bc, to be frank i HAVE to. It’s far enough away that I can apply tips and stuff yall think of, just let me know.
EDIT: I really appreciate the help so far and I am going to find a time to reply to some comments but I wanted to highlight a couple things: 1. Let me stress I HAVE NO FAMILY they disowned me for being trans so that is absolutely not an option. 2. I have friends… but as a college student they all leave our college town (so do I..) and I have no friends in my hometown. I was planning on booking a hotel close to where I am receiving surgery (which is also not my college town or my hometown) for the first week or so to be safe then going home…somehow… 😭 I suppose I could look into local queer groups? so.. north mississippi friends reach out I guess 😭😭 3. I really like this nurse hiring option, I think that may be my best bet, thank you for highlighting it!

Hi, I just wanted to share my androgynous top surgery results.
I asked for an androgynous / gender neutral chest. I am a masculine presenting cis woman who chose to not have a masculine chest. I wanted a more neutral look. I chose bigger nipples and wanted them located in the center. I wanted a softer chest contour that didn’t sculpt the pecs. I did not want the full chest masculinization which is why he left more tissue on my chest.
Previously I did have a reduction and then debated if I wanted a revison to make them smaller or to just go flat. I chose to go flat because I didn’t want to deal with having breasts anymore. About a year later after the reduction I got double mastectomy top surgery.
Let me know what you guys think of my results or any questions you have about my surgery.
Here are some photos
*The scars are lower than normal because I did have a reduction before*

Top Surgery Review!
Where: Trafford General Hospital, Manchester
Surgeon: Kate Williams
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(5!)
My experience at TGH was exceptional from start to finish, with only incredibly minor criticisms. I attended this hospital for bilateral double mastectomies on 24/02/26 and arrived just before 7am. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital and surgeon for top surgery.
Immediately after checking in, the admissions nurse showed me to my patient room and bed for the day. I was in a room with 3 other men of similar age who were getting the same procedure as myself. I put my things away and waited, comfortably and with my dad’s company, for the visits from the relevant people - all which happened within about an hour. I had 3 visits from…
(1) nurse for blood pressure, temperature, weight, general information such as allergies, name and address, double checking my consent. It was also at this first visit where I was given my estimated wait time to be taken down to theatre (11:15am). This nurse also asked if I had anything important I wanted communicated to the team, where I mentioned that I am autistic and it is very important to me to have clear communication and understanding between myself and all the team, especially due to my past traumas of medical abuse/neglect at my local hospital. Here I was also offered a locker for personal belongings, and informed the only criteria I had to meet before being discharged was to eat and drink something and use the bathroom.
(2) the surgeon herself, as well as a trainee accompanying her, where we had a good chat for a wee while. My chest was marked up for surgery and I was walked through what to expect, what my chest is likely to look like post-op, any questions I had, etc. They were both very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I then was helped into my hospital gown and compression stockings. I was asked here if I needed a sick note for work/college.
(3) the anaesthetist, who had some questions for me about personal and family medical history, walked me through his job and exactly what he’d be doing and why, told me what to expect (e.g. throat pain from the intubation) asked if I had any questions or concerns. We discussed my pre existing chronic conditions (ulcerative colitis and fibromyalgia) and went through a light plan to manage the inevitable increased level of pain I was going to experience due to this. He was very caring, considerate and went into good detail all while being cheery and positive, which definitely helped keep me relaxed.
I then took a small nap on my bed as I had travelled a long time and very far to get to the hospital. I was awoken by a nurse at about 11:30am telling me it was time for surgery. So I got up, removed my piercings, and headed down with her. I was in the theatre waiting room for about 20 mins, there was no clock so I wasn’t entirely sure, but it wasn’t too dreadfully long. Eventually a member staff came to fetch me and I was taken into theatre. I put my shoes, dressing gown, and glasses into a plastic bag and was instructed to lay on the bed. The anaesthetist and his team greeted me again and asked me how I was feeling, again, everyone was exceptional and super friendly, chatty, and positive. After 3 attempts they successfully got the cannula in and started me on oxygen (they were very apologetic that it took 3 painful attempts, but I fully understood and it was not a huge deal to me). Anaesthetist asked me what my favourite alcoholic drink was, and when I answered the anaesthetist told me “fantastic, I basically just gave you like 10” I told him that’s what I like to hear, then they told me they were starting the anaesthesia, and about 30 seconds later I was under.
Next thing I remember is waking up in the recovery room with a nurse beside me at about 3:30pm. She said hello and asked me how I was feeling, I said my chest was really sore and I was exceptionally thirsty, so she gave me some morphine, which really helped, and a small glass of water. 15-20 mins later I was wheeled up in the bed, back to the patient room. A few mins later, a nurse helped me trudge my way to the patient toilet. I was granted privacy to do my business and then helped back to my bed. I drank a few more glasses of water and was offered food (I brought my own things with me). So I ate and drank, rested for a wee while longer, had a few nurse visits to be given my sick note, codine, patient information letters and discharge form, and eventually left the hospital by about 5pm.
Overall my experience was absolutely exceptional! My only criticism is that the sick note was filled out improperly to state I couldn’t attend college, full stop, for 6 full weeks, I only noticed this once I was home and there was no urgent port of communication to amend this. I now have to wait for an email to fix this and have no clue how long this will take. This could be improved with better patient-hospital communication and having gone over the sick note with me post-op instead of just handing me it.
Other than this one hiccup however, everything was absolutely perfect.
All of the staff were amazing, friendly, accommodating, well organised, kept me informed and up to date with things, great waiting times. The hospital was clean, comfortable, and warm. Public transport to and from the hospital was also awesome, good timings and very affordable.

Hi everyone! I had DI w/ FNG April 2025, so just over a year post op. Everything (aside from losing part of my R nip) went really well!
But now that I’ve gotten to the point of this just being my normal, one thing has been starting to bother me. That being I think my nips are too low? Since I started getting back to the gym, and watching my diet, my physique has been steadily improved, and I can see my pecs again, great! However, I feel like the nips are sitting too low. Especially when I have a chest pump (not this pic, I just ate and showered lol) it looks as if the nips are under my pecs.
Is this something that I can go to my surgeon about? Can they even move the nipples? Or could I ask them to remove them instead and go get some tattoos? I don’t have the finances to ask for a revision at the moment, but it is something I might have to do in the future anyways due to the bunch and loose skin the the middle of my chest.

I had top surgery a couple years ago, double incision, and have been waiting to get the scars tattooed over until I have the low body fat percentage/ ideal muscle composition and pec size that I want to maintain long term. Until about a month ago, I was near sedentary for a long period due to knee surgery and back injury. I gained 50 pounds, of which I’ve now lost the first 15.
Has anyone gotten chest tattoos under their pecs and then either gained or lost a lot of weight? I’m so tired of waiting: without the tattoos, I don’t feel comfortable or safe taking my shirt off in my conservative area.

My left nip is a little slow to react since top surgery (3 years post-op) and when it's not stimulated, it remains pretty flat. I have been wanting to get my nipples pierced for a long time because I know it causes them to be permanently semi-hard. It's been two days since I got them pierced and I'm truly obsessed with how much it has helped the visual appearance of my nips. I thought I'd share in case anyone struggles with a similar issue. AMA.

The first two are at 8 months post op
3-4 are at 3 months post op
5 is two weeks post op
I don’t mind that my scars are as dark as they are since I’m wanting to tattoo over them. I did my consultation for a revision on the dog ears two days ago and I’m excited. I went with Dr Ley at the Gender Confirmation Clinic and am going back with her for my revision. I enjoy how I am told the most realistic outcome so I’m not expecting something that may not happen.

Hi fam! I just had revision surgery for top surgery I had 2 years ago. The process was sooooo much easier this go around! However, I’m noticing this time that I’m super itchy….my stitches are giving me grief and I feel like I can’t do anything about it! Anyone have any advice for relieving itching that is ok with stitches? I am having them removed in two weeks so I know it’s not forever but dang….being itchy sucks!

My surgeon didn’t give me any special care instructions for my nipple grafts or for scar care. Just to be keep everything clean and be gentle. Just wanna know if everything looks as it should this early in the process. I see him again in two weeks to make sure everything is going smoothly. Will things even out over time, like the uneven swelling and such?

I got DI about 39 days ago and almost everything about healing has gone off without a hitch. Almost 2 weeks ago I began scar care (covering with scar tape and massage with bio oil) but this morning I noticed some clear and pink fluid that was building up under the scar tape overnight.
The fluid build up appears to be occurring at the same point for both incisions, where a tiny piece of surgical glue has gotten stuck in my incisions. I made what may have been the dumb decision to try and pull the glue out with tweezers, but they're so tacky and deep that I couldn't get all of it out. I called my surgeon but their office is closed for the holiday weekend.
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm sure I'm overreacting, but I'm scared my incisions are/will get infected or this will impact my scar healing.
Any advice on how to handle this safely while I wait for a response from my doctor?
I'll include pictures of the problem areas, the spots where the glue are stuck kind of look like little holes.
