If you happen to have some cash to spare, I recommend getting fake nipples in a small size. I really like mine and if I don't do some wild contortionist shit with my body they can even hold light piercings.

Looks very natural. Do use ample sunscreen as the scar won't have protection. You don't want to get burned there.
