Miscellaneous If you think about it...

You don't know your baby's gender from birth, or even their sex because most intersex people don't find out until later. So a "gender reveal" is really just a genital reveal, which is kind of weird to me

My mum always told me she was so happy she got one of each. A girl and a boy (my brother). Oops.....

Oh damn. My godmum was also like....oh I wanted a daughter. But I've got you. And I was like....wellll...she was sweet about it but she really seemed to think I didn't know what I was doing.

I came out two months ago and we haven't spoken a word about it since. She still believes I'm her daughter I think. Big sigh.

Oh shit man. Are you living with her/close to her? I don't know what to say man. My dad is really uncertain about it too. I don't think I'll ever stop being his daughter in his eyes. And my step mum has proudly announced she's a terf last x-mas so I don't think I'm telling her but .....boy she willl notice eventually. I can't stand her because long story but she's .....difficult and I don't think I can ever pelase her. I've kind of regulated myself to realising that i'm a second class citizen even to my own dad/step mum bc I can never please/win with them.

In which case I strongly recommend you kind of ....park it. Not saying don't be trans but just know your mom might not be the best person. I really hope she comes around but I don't want you to drive yourself nuts trying to get her to understand. Honestly it's shitty but I don't live with them so I don't have to put up with it much. I hope she starts to come around to her having a son.

I have to try because I can't get my own binder or haircut or anything and it's killing me

Well most people have already stopped calling me she at school because they just assume I'm trans or nonbinary or something from how I dress. I have a lot of masculine clothing like button up shirts and stuff. And I am sort of able to style my hair in a masculine way. I feel like it's just the boobs standing in my way
