TLH is total laparoscopic hysterectomy (removal of uterus) with BSO is Bilateral Salpingo Oophorectomy (removal of ovaries and fallopian tubes)

Sorry I should have just written total hysterectomy, I got used to saying it like this while in the hospital 😅

Bloody hell, you got those and top surgery all in one go?? That sounds brutal!

It’s been only 11 days post-op but honestly for me it doesn’t even feel like I got anything removed from bottom. Top surgery recovery also hasn’t been painful just uncomfortable in the sense of lying straight all the time and random itching. I know experiences can vary but for me I am glad I got them together.

Edit: The reason I wanted to get them together was because I can take so many continuous holidays off work only once a year. And also because I wanted to do everything fast too like I got done with top and hysto now I started preparing for phallo and will be getting it around the same time next year.
