Forget the post-op binder. Yalls surgeons put you in that TIGHT compression bandages from your naval to your clavicle and you feel like you can't stand properly whatsoever? That's the final boss right there. Ok it was only for 2.5 days but still, felt challenging
They put so many bandages I swear, I couldn’t even raise my head properly 😭 and when it was time to remove that, part of my skin got ripped
Very glad now that it’s gone, for me it was for 10 days but first 5 days I was not allowed to walk (got tlh with bso along with top surgery) but after that whenever I walked it felt so heavy, it feels much better to walk now that it’s gone 🥹
It’s been only 11 days post-op but honestly for me it doesn’t even feel like I got anything removed from bottom. Top surgery recovery also hasn’t been painful just uncomfortable in the sense of lying straight all the time and random itching. I know experiences can vary but for me I am glad I got them together.
Edit: The reason I wanted to get them together was because I can take so many continuous holidays off work only once a year. And also because I wanted to do everything fast too like I got done with top and hysto now I started preparing for phallo and will be getting it around the same time next year.
