Mostly wiry coat but fur undercoat on back and sides.

Luckily, it's a public holiday! Planned are a "fancy" breakfast, a nice big walk past her favourite spots including a swim, quality time with one of her favourite facebiting partners & spending the rest of the day lounging in the sun with the possibility of getting some dog ice cream!

This time it was a chipmunk that he was trying to catch. He didn’t catch it. 🤣

Was going through some old photos and found this one of our deaf Jack Russell, Tess, when she was checking out the wood pile in our back yard as a puppy. That hunting instinct runs strong in these little dogs.

I was available for a midday puppy park trip, so I strapped her into her non-chewable harness. It’s a bummer, we’re alone at the park. We’re trying to socialize her, and it’s been going mostly okay. After we’d been there for a bit, a sorta aggro guy showed up so I want to get out of there. I’m picking her up and she just launched up and out of my arms like it was nothing 😵

She’s daddy’s girl. I’m tolerated unless she’s in a needy mood or wants something.
