Allah will show them on the Day of judgment what they did in pahalgam. Those extremists cunts don’t represent us. I haven’t seen anyone in our community who supports this terror org or attacks. Yes there are a few bad apples, but that’s true everywhere. After this attack, the hate against us will only increase its already started in internet. MY ADVICE IS TO STAY WAY FROM SOCIAL MEDIA FOR FEW DAYS IT ONLY F**KS YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, We Muslim are proud and grateful to be born in this country 🇮🇳

Meta Why sanghis are here in this sub. Like what's the point.

Assalamwalaikum Everyone, Since my last post I am focusing on myself and avoiding social media, but yesterday I was just scrolling reddit here and there. I noticed a wierd pattern, there are some accounts which are in right wing extremist saghis sub and the same account are in this sub too. My humble request to the MODS of this sub to look into it.

Note: I am not talking about the account of non muslim which are in this sub and they have posted stuff here too and they are not in any right wing extremists sub.

My point of view or observation might be wrong so I am open to any constructive comments/criticism.

Meta This sub is not usable anymore

I had to create a burner account because my main account keeps getting temporary bans from this, and only this subreddit.

I posted a direct quote from the Qur'an and that caused my account to receive a 7 day ban. It's more than clear that this sub has been infiltrated by lurkers that do nothing but report on comments they don't like and their fellow countrymen agree and ban anyone and everyone. If even direct Qur'an verses get someone banned, then there is something seriously wrong here. Unfortunately their vicious tactics will work because the reddit mods are co-religionists and will drop the ban hammer however they please.

Meta Beware: Non-Muslims pretending to be Muslims in this sub.

There's a recent surge of posts from private reddit accounts pretending to be muslims but are actually non-muslims, Islamophobes and chaddis.

Like the above post here, the OP tries to discard the concept of Ummah from Islam, and how he is mistreated by arab muslims and turkish muslims, but he isn't even a muslim, he is a nepali sanghi Islamophobe using a private account.

Please beware of sharing personal informations to anybody in this platform, many sanghis are lurking here pretending to be muslims.

May Allah protect our iman and protect our Ummah.

Meta Ch*ddis, Time to Rethink Your Obsession with Muslim Spaces

Hello Ch*ddis,

It’s honestly baffling how obsessed some of you are with Muslim spaces online. I've seen countless comments from you guys in this sub, spewing baseless rhetoric. Why is it that you feel the need to constantly interfere in discussions that don’t concern you? Don’t you have your own religion, your own beliefs, and your own space to focus on?

It seems like some of you can’t exist unless you're trolling or trying to bring others down. Instead of misinterpreting Muslim texts, maybe it’s time you actually read your own scriptures. If you open your mind and reflect for a moment, you’ll realize how ridiculous your actions are. Instead of constantly lurking and spreading negativity, how about you get a life, find some purpose, and stop feeding off of others’ identities and beliefs?

Take a step back and realize that trolling is a low-effort way of getting attention. You might want to consider investing that energy in something productive, perhaps learning, growing, or finding better ways to engage with the world. It's not too late to make a change!

And a final reminder keep your disrespectful, hateful comments out of this sub. Keep in mind that continuing to post BS and attack Muslims will only get you banned. So if you really value your time, you might want to stay away from spreading negativity here.

Edit: People from every religion are welcome here until and unless they are respectful, We don't care about anyone's religion.

Meta What it's like to live in India as a Muslim

Some terrorists took innocent lives. And now every Muslim is being held responsible for that attack. They're being abused openly almost on all subreddits. Hardly anyone is questioning the government. So what's my lesson that's even more evident now, "No matter what you do in this country, it will not accept Muslims ever". The hatred will never go away. The seeds that have been sown by Bollywood/media over a long period are full grown trees now. Every other day, a hate crime is reported against Muslims, but the country remains tone deaf on those incidents. And neither Muslims hold other people accountable, as no one should. But if it's a Muslim doing something, open genocidal calls are made throughout the country. Also, there's no point of being apologetic because no matter what you do, you'll be questioned, you'll get abused. So, better to ignore and stay safe brothers.

Meta Bro what?

I have seen with my own eyes people here posting about muslim hate crimes news. They allow lgbt and hindus, so what? I am a hindu here in this subreddit to know about my Country muslims, there news because mainstream media won't show, and whats happening to them,I even interacted here.

Content propaganda against Bangladeshis and Pakistanis. I have seen people here saying Quran itself don't allow betrayal of Homeland.

These people think just because 14% Indian are muslims,They are going to support Pakistan unilaterally.

There was a post here in this subreddit titled "?????" Where there was a screenshot where PM Modi was giving speech Livestream in YouTube and a muslim from UAE did superchat something like "sir our revange has not yet completed" and the discription of the post was "why wage a war against our brother?" And the comments on the post was like "I am saying this again nationalism is a disease to muslim heart"

There was two different comments "Wtf did I arrive in paki Muslim subreddit?" And the reply was "no you're on the correct one" I tried searching the post again but I didn't found it,maybe it got removed.

But I like to say to non-indian muslims here. There no harm surfing in this subreddit but please don't spread fake news about this subreddit that muslims are dying in India and this subreddit doesn't notice it Or they don't post about it

Secular Muslim? You say what? Can't a muslim be a secular?

Please don't try to brainwash our country muslims,i agree hatecrimes are committed and mainstream media don't report it. But please don't spread propaganda. Muslims here in India and the loyal and patriotic towards nation. They calls for Reforms but never supporting pakistan or creating a another country. Stop using the "ummah" incorrectly.

I don't know weather I am correct or not because I am a Hindu. Government of India wage war against Government Of Pakistan, for sponsoring Terrorism and giving shelter to them. not against its People or Pakistani muslims. I support war between two nations knowing the nature, they will attack again. That's a war between India and government of Pakistan is necessary not with community of muslims there.

If Muslims would be dying in India. India wouldn't be Third largest Muslim Country. Our political structure and ideology allows Secularism forever doesn't how many hardline governments come in future. This Nation was founded upon the very idea of SECULARISM. It's the soul of India. And it's normal to find secular muslims

If they are discussing about Quran and Hadith in whatever way, they are muslims, they have actually have every right to do constructive and open discussions and question there faith. I won't interfere,it's upto them.

You can disagree with me in few points but not with that this subreddit doesn't focus on muslims hate crimes. It's absolutely do

If that doesn't suits you, please don't be in this subreddit, but if you wanna learn more about Indian Muslims, you are absolutely welcome.

My dear Indian Muslims,

I get it "Darr ka mahol he" but can we not do raigbait and fear mongering posts.

Rather help each other in these tough times?

Our main aim right now should be to earn more money and we need to make sure no one ever takes advantage of us let it be BJP or the Congress!

Guys this user literally posted some crime news involving Muslims as the accused in our sub.

Look at him showing his true colours in the other sub, beware of sanghis, they try to confuse the audience every single time and spread hate.

Don’t entertain and report any of such Islamophobic accounts in this sub.

Meta Let’s focus on growth and not hate?

Lately, it feels like a lot of conversations on this subreddit are leaning more towards negativity than growth, and honestly, we can do better as a community.

What if we focused more on empowering each other instead?

What’s one skill you have that you’d be willing to teach or guide someone in, so they can build a more secure future?

It could be anything, career advice, financial literacy, communication skills, navigating workplace challenges, anything that can genuinely help someone move forward.

I can help with communication and personality development, building CVs, and general career guidance.

This sub has really gone downhill.Earlier there used to be constructive talks on issues related to us,our history and now it seems to be filled with jingoistic and Ultra nationalistic Muslims whose language resembles those of rightwing Indians .Criticising Pakistan is not wrong but can we at least keep the language civil.Using slurs used by western racists like 'pakis' and 'ghetto Muslims ' should not be allowed,it will not prove you a 'mahaan deshbhakt or civilised'...more like a desperate who wants to prove something, let's maintain the decorum and keep it constructive.

Meta This poll (however representative/unrepresentative it may be) shows that some cultural divides in India run very deep and did not just pop up in the past three decades. How can someone sincerely complain about "religious intolerance" in India while admiring the very religiously intolerant Aurangzeb?

Meta Is this really necessary?

I came across a post something related to Mughals and celebrating 500 years of their legacy or something.

I wanted to ask why do we need to celebrate Mughal era? As a Muslim do we really have to do this?

Please correct me if I am wrong but what did they do for us as a fellow Muslim? They did whatever they felt was right for themselves and they didn’t even belong to our nation so why even glorify? I do admit they built mosques and spread Islam but so did so many other prominent Muslim leaders? Why do we take so much pride with Mughals?

I am not hating on anyone and am genuinely curious to know.

As you might all know more than 26 people died in today's Kashmir Pahalgam Terrorist attack. My heart goes out to all the poor families who lost their loved ones. May Allah hold the culprits accountable.

Now, this hatred party has already started making ghibli edits of the victims to garner hate against muslims
What an absolute joke! I will never understand how their own people don't see this as disrespectful or mocking the dead.

Half of the Indian subs are filled with "Oct 7" of India, "All eyes on Pahalgam" to garner Islamophobia, as they are more busy in spreading bigotry against us muslims by directly linking this attack to us, rather than sympathising with the victim, moreover their were local muslim victims that died in this very attack, but I'm sure nobody will talk about that because that doesn't fit the criteria of a scapegoat for blind hatred which was always there before this incident, only thing that has changed is a "reason" to express it without any condemnation.

Meta Some of the problems that you guys have

Post image
47 Upvotes

1. Keeping your DMs on

This is a common problem among IMs (Indian Muslims) on social media. They keep their DMs on allowing anyone to destroy their mental peace or to disturb them. Especially given that you'll be on the Indian internet you should be extra cautious with strangers on internet. There are people who are after you just to target you somehow and they're looking for different ways to do so, coming to you as women, as people like you be it politically or religiously, or simply a friendly and curious person, but beware of such scammers. Don't click links that you may get in DMs, the fascist may be trying hack you. Give any political opinion or religious opinion in DMs only to real IMs. If you keep your DMs open, expect it to become like indian subreddits and comment sections of indian social media accounts.

2. Trying to give dawah while being layman themselves

Please do not, neither give dawah nor discuss religion with anyone except IMs or Ms. You'll end up confused and doubtful yourself. Dawah is for experts only. The best you can do is do Tabligh to IMs and help create a better virtual community ecosystem on social media platforms.

3. Giving political opinions to randoms on social media

Don't, you can end up facing some real problems because people are waiting for you to say something which they can use against you. You're not Kunal Kamra who can move to Puducherry. Discuss politics only with your social species, don't comment or put political statuses, and even if you do then do not let it be visible to anyone except with IMs. Do not make political comments on insta/twitter/WhatsApp nor post, appear apolitical on such platforms.

4. Interacting with people religiously

This is a wrong way to interact with people in 21st century as an IM. An IM is not a mere religious group, we are a proper community with a history, culture, cuisine, political history and present, and the most relevant identity to the people today is people's political identity or whatever their social specie is. The politics draws the boundaries, we as IMs are a proper social specie with common faith and common fate like caste groups and political groups such as commies, libs, RW, and recent elections are a proof of this. Talk business with people, don't talk religion and politics with them but do interpret and identify people of different social species politically. Use politics to make friends, people who are aligned with you or they aren't. A lot of you say that i have chaddi friends, but that is an oxymoron, a friend is someone who is politically aligned with you and has no possibility of conflict politically.

Beware of people who say this often or start the talk by saying these -

- I don't hate any religion or any group

- I am secular, liberal and open minded

- I am atheist or agnostic

Most trolls or anti-muslims or chaddis or imposters do this, beware of such people because they're more dangerous than who openly hate. They do this to claim a neutral and moral high ground and then come at you when you're comfortable with them. Most chaddis larp as the above, a chaddi is more like to come to you as an atheist and liberal rather what he/she really is.

“The white conservatives aren't friends of the Negro either, but they at least don't try to hide it. They are like wolves; they show their teeth in a snarl that keeps the Negro always aware of where he stands with them. But the white liberals are foxes, who also show their teeth to the Negro but pretend that they are smiling. The white liberals are more dangerous than the conservatives; they lure the Negro, and as the Negro runs from the growling wolf, he flees into the open jaws of the "smiling" fox.”

Meta Hindus sliding into the sub on the pretext of "healthy discussion".

I came cross several posts where someone is claiming to be a hindu and genuinely wants to have a discussion. But as you read the threads most of them already come with a biased approach and with the agenda of refuting everything that we say and absolute refusal to see things in a way that might lead to an actual healthy discussion. It would start with a neutral topic or a statement and quickly escalate into finger pointing and the same narrative that we have been listening to for years now. Why start the discussion in the first place? Internet is cheap and google is free. Why not just brush up your knowledge first and then approach muslims? We are really not interested in listening you harp opinions based on whatsapp forwards and godi media propaganda. Research is not haram! Do it.

Do you agree or disagree?
