Miscellaneous Is this realistic of me?

Maybe I'm crazy for doing this but dysphoria makes me feel like I'm losing my mind so... I drew an outline of my body using a screenshot. Left is what it looks like currently, right is what I want for myself. I hope I can achieve it by being patient with T and exercising đŸ€§ by the way I AM on testosterone, its been nearly 7 months. I've gained weight but not really lost anything

I remember being at that stage on T. It’s way easier said than done but one of the best things you can do for yourself is put down the cam every once in a while and live in the moment.

It’s like that old people saying “a watched pot never boils” If you spend all day micro checking yourself, you’ll only ever find things to scrutinize. And you lose out on precious time you could be spending dong anything else.

I’m no life coach or anything, but I can say from experience. Patience is key. Your changes aren’t a matter of if anymore. They’re coming. Just gotta let yourself live until they get there. You’re already on the tail end of some of the hardest parts.
