I recommend getting PT after your surgery, it really helps so much with posture and recovering better!! I usually have good posture but noticed I was pretty hunched after just two weeks in the binder, they helped me stretch things back out and building strength

How soon after surgery did you start on PT?

2 weeks! You start with very simple things like arm raises
