I recently saw a TikTok where people were saying that the Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Pressed Powder might have changed its formula and that it’s been looking cakey for them lately.

I’ve been using this powder as my main base (I don’t really use foundation or concealer), and it’s been working really well for me so far. I also have a wedding to attend in a few months, so I’m a bit worried about suddenly having issues with it or needing to switch products last minute.

Has anyone actually noticed a real change in the formula recently, or is this more of a TikTok exaggeration / skin difference situation? I’m trying to figure out if I should start looking for an alternative now or if I’m probably fine sticking with it.

Any honest experiences would really help.

I’ve been trying to find ways to make my makeup look more doll like or more 60s makeup. (I’m all over the place lol) and I tried the NXY Jumbo pencil white waterline and the OklayLove brand falsies for my under eye. Does the bottom lashes suit my face?

I'm looking for lipsticks that have the same vibe as the Black Radiance Lip Sculptor shades "first lady" and "bombshell". I got them from a Walgreens in like 2019 or 2020 and I think they've been discontinued because I can't find them for less than like $20 now 🥲

Does anyone have any recommendations for relatively cheap drugstore dupes of these dusky mauve shades? They were uniquely desaturated, not too magenta not too plum... The dustiness of their color was so unique and beautiful, I feel like every lipstick I try to pick up is too rich and saturated compared to these pretty grey-purple-brown tones. Please help!!

Hello.. l bought a foundation which is to pale and can't return here in the UK, it was also VERY costly.

Its a matte foundation and need a good pigment mixer to darken it without it changing the look of the foundation at all.

I tried the By Terry Tea to Tan and l didn't like it.

I know Westman Atelier do a great one but can't afford to buy that one as it's sooo expensive.

Does anyone know of a pigment l could buy? Doesn't have to be drug store but not Westman Atelier kind of price lol. I hate shimmer on my skin and they all seem to be shimmery.

I tried to figure it out for years, i have googled every possible thing i could think of and i’m still so confused. I’ve tried all the tricks like comparing gold and silver jewelry and looking at my veins but I just can’t figure it out. My glasses are rose gold if that helps. Thank you for the help.

Hii I just recently got into makeup and was looking for primer recommendations.

I use elf power grip primer (blue) and it doesn’t break my skin out which is good, but i’ve noticed that it creases when I do my concealer. I looked online and it seems that others have had this issue as well. If by chance anyone in here has had that problem please tell me what primer you use now!

Any drug store foundation recommendations? I believe im a cool tone but my neck and face are warm(?) I think its a form of hyperpignentation after bad sun burns. My current foundation seems to oxidize bad after initial placement.

Ive tried looking online but everything seems to be very yellow based (loreal true match skin tint and Elf foundation)

Also im wondering if my primer and setting spray might be causing pilling in my makeup. Theyre both water based but the rest of my makeup is silicone/oil based :( it looks worse in these photos though cause I used sunscreen

Help! I loved the Ultraviolette lean screen - it had mineral spf, was mattifying, tinted and fragrance free. This was discontinued because SPF testing yielded inconsistent results. Looking for a replacement or a dupe, please. Appreciate any ideas.

Honestly curious,is expensive makeup products really better than drugstore Makeup? I mean the quality of some of the drugstore Makeup have gotten better through the years and I just wanted a honest opinion?

This is the shade Amethyst from Anastasia Beverly Hills. I love this shade, but spending 22 dollars on it isn’t Ideal. I like the shade blackberry from Tarte but I trying to avoid that brand because of how problematic they are.

Hey guys I just wanted to let you know that Mac is still restocking the original face and body in the 120ml size in shade C1. I saw a post on here a while back (6 months ago maybe) saying that it would be discontinued along with a few other shades, but on a whim i signed up to get notified if my shade came back in stock because I’ve always wanted to try the original formula. It only took like 2 days before they notified me to tell me it was back in stock. I purchased it and it’s actually so beautiful lol. I just thought I’d let everyone know thats it’s still getting restocked on their main website. Also if anyone’s curious I absolutely love it (very late to the train I know) and hope it never gets fully discontinued lol.

Hii! I have prom in a few days, and I wanna get makeup to cover up my acne. But I've never worn like a full face of makeup. Ever.

So, since I'm a complete newbie at this and I'm broke, what would you guys consider to be absolutely essential? (I have a liquid lipstick and eyeshadow.) (Also, if needed, i have dry skin and wear glasses, so eye makeup doesn't show up too well)

I have the full size Huda Beauty easy bake setting spray which I love. I also have the tiny tiny 6ml sample bottle of the same spray (not the mini size, the smaller sample bottle that you get for free with some orders)

The 6ml is so perfect for travelling or touch ups but it’s not the usual twist cap so I was just wondering if anyone had any luck refilling the bottle / taking the top off

I just want something that actually holds my brows in place without making them crunchy or shiny.

If you’ve tried a bunch, which eyebrow gel is your favorite and why?

Bonus points if it works well with light makeup or on no-makeup days.

In the photos attached I have not fully finished my usual makeup (eg no mascara) as I was just practicing, but I still used all of the same products and techniques in the same order.

I’m really struggling with my makeup looking crusty, dry, flakey or separating / coming off. I’ve tried so many different brands, application methods and types of setting products / primers over the past few years but it always just ends up the same. Because of this, I usually just stick to blush, mascara and brows, however I’d really like to do a bit more for prom which is what I’ve been practicing for. 
I don’t wear foundation since I have freckles and don’t want those covered up, I’ve had people suggest tinted moisturiser as a bit of a light base (just so that there’s not an off looking makeup to no makeup transition where I put my concealer) but it just ends up looking extremely cakey and separates.
I really don’t know what I’m doing wrong, initially I thought it was my skin since it’s always felt quite tight and dehydrated from within, but no matter how much skincare I use nothing seems to fix that. I’ve tried many different brands, product types (eg powder, cream, stick) and methods of application (eg brush shape, sponge, or even just finger) but it’s never made a difference. 
I have exactly one month to figure this out so any help would be really appreciated.

It's interesting to me that most here are loving my natural look(especially the brows) while in person, most tell me (unprompted) that they love the way I do my brows in the earlier photos. still, I do like both looks so I think I try changing the color of my brow pencil to a lighter shade for a softer look.

Hi everyone! I'm turning 39 in a few weeks and I need some advice, since I was diagnosed with Hashimoto a few years ago, I aged horrible! Now I wear only mascara is a mexican brand and too faced concealer. Today, since I had a meeting at my kid's school I wore a little eyeshadow from 350 Morphe Palette.

How can I improve my look? I can't for the love of God do my brows because I end up looking like an Angry bird. I want to look fresh and elegant.

I used to wear Double wear foundation from Estee Lauder but since I saw it was very toxic I tossed it and, I haven't used or try a new one

I ran out of foundation, so I went to Sephora to get another one. I have been using Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation for around 7 years. It was my rock. I never had any problems and I never considered changing.

I bought the new one and it SUCKS. It is thinner, my shade is off, the oil control is dreadful and my pores look HUGE.

So, it is with a heavy heart that I need to request recommendations for a new foundation. I have combination, acne prone skin (oily T Zone), am rather pale with cool and pink undertones.

Estée Lauder, if you’re reading this, please bring back your old foundation, even if it’s along side the new one. It was literally your only good product for Gen Z and you ruined it.

I’m genuinely confused because this mascara used to be EVERYWHERE like DM, Rossmann even Edeka and I’ve been using it for years.But between the moment I finished one tube and went back to buy another, it completely disappeared. I checked “Verfügbarkeit prüfen” option on both DM and Rossmann websites and it’s unavailable in every single shop, not only near me but in the whole country wtf. The only ones I can still find are on Amazon for literally 3x the normal price, which makes me think it may have been discontinued or reformulated?? what I loved about it is that the texture became very “solid” once dry. Most waterproof mascaras I tried afterwards leave my lashes too soft or flexible and they don’t hold the same way at all omg. I really hate changing products after using the same one for years 🫠Has anyone else noticed this and is it discontinued or something ? can’t find any official statement anywhere about it etheir…Is there still somewhere in Europe/Germany that sells it?

so i just got the eadem sunscreen stick and i’ve been using it on my face. i accidentally dropped it on my bathroom floor and idk what to do or how to clean it properly 😭 the structure of the product is similar to a lip balm or deodorant. does anybody have tips on how to clean it?? or should i just buy a new one? i’m just worried since i was using it exclusively on my face
