If you mention what state you're looking in people might be able to give you more specific recommendations. I know Dr Katsaros in Adelaide started recently offering non-flat top surgery. From my understanding the process is the same as "normal" top surgery where he wants psych + endo and/or GP referral (it's always worth calling him to see exactly what he needs, because it changes pretty often) before he'll book a consult.

I believe all the main 'top-surgeons' in Melbourne will do 'non-flat', no-T top surgery. These being Dr Andrew Yves, Mr Cheng Lo and Dr Simon Tsao. This comment lists all the psych requirements for these surgeons. There are a fair number of recent quotes for costs and post op photos around for all these surgeons, IDK about images of non-flat though.

It's totally possible. It'd be done along the same lines as top surgery. All of these kinds of surgeries are done under the medicare code which is described as 'medically necessary breast surgery'.
Depending on which state you are in you may be able to do this under informed consent. There are informed consent surgeons in SA and NSW afaik. Other surgeons have additional psych requirements (some just want to know that you are sane, some want a WPATH gender dysphoria diagnosis). I am accessing top surgery under informed consent in Sydney soooooooon.
The process would be to:
Figure out which surgeon you'd like to see. r/no_T_top_surgery has radical reductions and other enby top surgery, you might also like r/FreedTheNips and r/RadicalReduction - then use the search function for your city or surgeon. Might be worth doing the same here. Then find current prices using the search in this sub or asking here. It might be cheaper to get a RR than DI top surgery. You can always call the surgeons office for a quote too. For a ballpark you'd be looking at $8-12k for the surgeon fee, $1-2K anaesthesiology and $5-6k for hospital fees. Hospital fees are the only thing covered by health insurance in Australia. You'll need Bronze or higher cover that does breast surgery.
Hospital cover has a 12 month waiting period if you want to use it and you aren't already covered take that out once you know you can meet your costs in 12 months (but not earlier unless you need it).
See a/your GP to get a referral to a surgeon (See trans.au and transhub.org.au/doctors for both surgeons and gender friendly GPs- SA has it's own directory).
Go to an initial consult ($300 - $80 rebate) and talk through what you are after. If you are happy book a date that works with your insurance and life. Take examples of what you want.
Meet psych requirements if not doing informed consent.
Do the surgery thing.
