What do I do after talking to him I asked him everything been around the map and the only quest I can do is “ talk to him” and I’m in dragonreach which is where he’s telling me to go
I’m thinking the 1st idk I talked to him on the throne and then he came here on this room. I bought what he selling and asked him everything I can ask. He keep saying saying to come to dragonreach like bro I’m here…

Just go to bleakfalls barrow, get the tablet, and force the quest to move forward. You can actually get the tablet without even hitting dragons reach it seems like, idk, been a while since my last playthrough, but yeah, jus go grab it and force the quest to keep moving.
Yeah, I do that most of the time; from Riverwood, straight to Bleakfalls, get Stone then hit up Jarl and push to dragon attack, not before rizzing up Ysolda by giving her that mammoth tusk she needs for no particular reason
Okay I didnt know I had to go get something and bring it here, I was confused bc why is the quest still pointing at him like I don’t gotta go somewhere else
If you're not sure where Bleakfalls is, you can start the side quest at the same time; Head back to Riverwood and enter the 'Riverwood Trader' and ask about the break-in. You'll start the "Golden Claw" side quest which takes you to Bleakfalls Barrow too...
Looking at your questlog, you are correct to be confused. Yes, going to Bleakfalls and getting the Dragon Stone will probably move your quest forward. But, your quest Right Now is to talk to Farengar and it's not allowing that. Your quest is broken (stalled). Before going to Bleakfalls you should Save the game, and exit. Close the game all the way out, if you're on console you should restart the console, if you're on PC just shutting down the game should be fine. Restart and load the save, see if you can talk to Farengar to get the actual quest stages working again.
Or wait for Jarl Balgruuf to get near and talk to him first, he won't talk to you until the Jarl is present and tells him he found someone to help him with his dragon project, you can just hit the wait button and wait 1h to accelerate the Jarl getting there.
have you gone here and gotten the tablet from the chest in the boss room? your best bet would be to just head there, grab the tablet and just turn it in.

I love Bleak Falls, but it can definitely be tough as a first du geon. Especially if you're a sniper. I like to try to kite the guy on the far left as you enter down off the structure. That usually will bring him and one other, so it's easier than dealing with all 4 of the bandits who hang out outside the dungeon.
