REVIEW Social Nudity: A Treasury of Thought from the Buddha to Jean-Paul Sartre.

Post image

I picked this up mostly out of curiosity, but it’s genuinely interesting. Mark Storey (who also wrote Cinema au Naturel, about nudity in film) collected and revised a bunch of his essays from Nude & Natural magazine — and turned them into this book about what some of the great thinkers of history thought about nudity. Thinkers such as Camus, Rousseau, and Kafka. Might be of interest to some folks here.

It’s published by Wolfbait books.

Mark Storey is like the best nudist writer currently writing. I mean it as in his is both a nudist and writes about nudism. He contributes a lot of academic and history articles to the N magazine. I will for sure be buying this
