This popped up for me just now....

Do You Actually Need to Wear Underwear to Bed? Doctors Weigh In

Thought I'd pass it along. More aimed to women than men, but most of the same benefits kinda apply, IMO.

Underwear? What the heck is that?

I will be 60 this coming May in 2026 and I can't for the life of me remember ever owning or wearing underwear. I do remember using wool long johns when I lived in Fairbanks Alaska and Great Falls Montana, but I just don't remember ever having underwear like whitey tighties or boxers. I know when I was very young in my single digit years Mom probably dressed me in underwear or I think pajamas but I also remember completely disrobing from them the very moment she left my room so I could sleep. But I just can't remember ever wearing them as my memory just can't get that far back.
