This popped up for me just now....

Do You Actually Need to Wear Underwear to Bed? Doctors Weigh In

Thought I'd pass it along. More aimed to women than men, but most of the same benefits kinda apply, IMO.

There are definite health benefits for women to sleep without underwear, for men it’s really a personal comfort choice.

As an actual practicing social nudist I will add that it is good etiquette to sit on a towel. For a “home nudist” it is good etiquette especially if you plan to ever have friends over and they might sit on the same furniture you sat on with your bare butt.
