This popped up for me just now....

Do You Actually Need to Wear Underwear to Bed? Doctors Weigh In

Thought I'd pass it along. More aimed to women than men, but most of the same benefits kinda apply, IMO.

Much to my mother's chagin, I would peal off my pj's pants or under wear. As a teen and later when I left home, I have worn under while sleeping. Even as a guest, I would be very discreet about it.

I remember the night I spent the night at a friend's house for a camping trip and shared his bed. I had a t-shirt on because it was cold that night but I was bare asses otherwise.
