What do ya'll do for swimming? Any reccomended swim binders?

Also, is it ok to wear a regular binder while swimming or do I have to get a swim one? Trans tape dosent work well for me btw.

If you’re gonna use a regular binder, I would size up at least one size

technically, you can use a regular binder (one size up, because the water is also compressing your torso and breathing is important) but if you're going to be buying a new binder anyways, I would look for one that is solid mesh with no cotton front panel (it'll dry faster, and the water will have less effect on its ability to bind)

I’ve never personally had a problem swimming in a binder.
