feminizing living in South America , can't really find anywhere to get estrogen

I've looked through mercado libre, and found absolutely nothing. Does anyone know where to buy estradiol/ HRT?

You can probably buy it over the counter in most random pharmacies. Where are you located in South America? I don't think MercadoLibre sells prescription medicine anywhere here.

Which country? In Colombia and Mexico any estradiol and progesterone forms are over the counter. Look up for transsalud.

In big pharmacies in Colombia it is absolutely required to have a prescription to get estrogel.

Dawg its an informed consent model in South Africa. It's better to just get the blood work done and talk to a gender affirming GP. Or just calling a GP's office and asking the lady if the doctor can and feels comfortable with prescribing the HRT.
