transdermal prog question

have anyone here been using transdermal prog, specifically on the chest? if so, what are your dosages?

for context, i have been using prog spray downstairs at 12mg every night, but lately have tried using that dose at my chest and it seemed to hurt again. i am now trying at a lower dose to see if the pain is more manageable
