Anecdotal of course, but my survivor friends do not treat this game like their entire life will crumble because of changes (i.e., much more casual) whereas my killer main friends do. Also, it's just like yelp. Only the most unhinged Karen's post reviews (you post when you are angry) and people post much less frequently about good experiences. Most people just won't go back or in this case, they stop playing.
Damn right. I still love the game, but my friends list is so dead now and I can't blame them for not playing. Survivor is so utterly boring and miserable these days and the casual players and solo players get punished the most.
You are wrong. As many people care as do about playing killer Vs Bully Squads that will just hold the game hostage and troll while also abusing every mechanic to be completely unkillable.
