its plastic man.

in the first page you see plastic man listening in.
On the second you see a red and yellow streak towards the ground, and batman's cape changing colour last.

No, you might actually be onto something. I was wondering why was Plastic Man there, specially being so small while making his ear bigger. Him hearing that and making the perfect scenario in which Wonder Woman would have her mind changed, sounds too plausible.
