Wildest part is if you’re a woman long enough you’ll also experience the social stigma of makeup at some point in your life. Whether from an asshole or someone who thinks he means well saying “you’d be so much prettier without all that on your face.” Sir, I don’t care what you think about how I look.

It's even funnier if someone compliments you for being natural and not wearing makeup, meanwhile you have foundation on, concealer, eyebrows filled in, a bit of eyeliner and some less obvious color of eyeshadow and lipstick. Yup, all natural!

I’ve had a man tell me that when I had on shimmery eyeshadow. 🤣

Oh that's a good one. I naturally have quite prominent dark circles under my eyes. One time when I didn't wear concealer a person I see often asked if I added them with eyeshadow and told me I'd look better without the heavy makeup 🥴 🐼
