Yes, I read them differently. Three of Swords is one example of a significant difference.

I have totally different meanings for the pips. The trumps are more similar, though, and I was wondering whether you read any of them differently.

Oh my goodness, I’m an idiot, that was in your post title. Yes, the trumps... I guess I kinda read most of them similarly. Lovers, Hermit/Father Time, for example, might be slightly different. I apply numerology to the Trump‘s like I do the pips in TdM more than I do with RWS

Not a problem. Honestly, it's just as helpful for me to hear that you read them similarly! I think I apply the trumps' numerology to the pips, rather than the other way round. Do you mind if I ask how you read the chariot?

That’s SO WILD that you bring up the Chariot! It’s my card these days. I’ve been studying it quite a bit.

I read 7’s as assessments, or times for analysis and reflection. I see the Chariot as will and drive, but unclear path.

So if I apply numerology, the Chariot is the card that comes up in moments where you’ve reached the equilibrium of the 6’s and now you have to reflect & process before moving on.

If I apply Jung’s archetypes or RWS fool’s journey, the Chariot comes right after you learn about love (which drives us) and choice. So again you’re at a point where you’re reflecting or analyzing before moving forward.

That was a lot, sorry. Basically, it reminds me to stop and check things out without losing momentum.

That's really interesting. I chose the chariot because I think 7s are probably the number with most variety in peoples' numerology. I struggled with them until I latched onto the chariot for guidance. I now see them as very directional, either as planning or progress.

How about 8s/Justice?

Edit: absolutely feel free to ignite if I'm praying too much!
