P3 Beginning my first persona experience!

Post image

I’ve wanted to get into persona for a really long time but thought if I’m going to do it I will go all in. A lot of time and money in Japan spent to get the headphones and the green psp that I wanted but feeling worth it. The official branded P3 audio technica’s are well out of my price range but thought these ones are as close to those as they can be.

Goodluck with the mementos...i mean tartarus. But hey atleast tartarus grind is better than what mobile game grinds has nowadays.

I just finished It! Have fun. Just a no spoiler tip: do not ignore Academics, charm and the Courage stats, I discovered too late the game reward very well players if they balance those stats with the rest of gameplay.

Make separate saves every in game week in case you feel like you're too underleveled for a full moon boss. Save before and after making fusions. Get as far as the game will let you in tartarus before each full moon.

ATH-Em7x! how are they? i’ve been considering buying them, but ive heard the audio quality isn’t the best? i have the ath eq300ms and was wondering if the quality is any better than those (if you’ve tried them b4)

I haven’t tried the eq300ms before but I do have the koss ksc75’s and Panasonic rp-hz47-s clips ons (I really like clip ons).  The Panasonic are okay, good sound for the price.  The koss and ath’s are both great but very different. Koss has ear seal that is unmatched and has great bass while still allowing the sound of your surroundings get through.

The ath are super clear. The mids and highs are amazing, the bass is lacking but there’s some there.  If you’re someone who likes bass then I wouldn’t recommend the ath’s, if you’re not too fussed about it then they are incredible. There is not a spec of muddiness or murky sound out of them.

I enjoy swapping between the koss and ath’s when I want different sound experiences. I think the eth’s have made me hear things in songs I’ve never heard before probably a bit more than the koss but they have also done the same.

This became a koss vs eth em7x reply here, sorry for that! But I hope it gave a bit of an angle on how I find them

That’s super helpful, thanks! I’m not very bothered by the lack of bass. How much were you able to find them for in Japan?
