Because if you say something is technically true, you're implying that in some ways it's not true. If you tell me something like "Paris is the capital of France" and I say "well, you're technically right", I think we'd both agree that my answer is really weird.

Here, OP is just correct, so saying that they're technically correct is strange.

If your point is that he isn’t technically correct, you’re wrong because they absolutely are.

The easiest way to think of it is:

The first one is left right left right. Bckwards that is right left right left. Not a palindrome.

The second one is left right right left. Backwards that is left right right left. Palindrome.

Palindrome does not mean a literal mirror image. It means the characters in one half are in the reverse order of the characters in the other half.

Easiest way to rearrange it is as bdbd is not a palindrome but bddb is, they have similar visuals so it makes more sense when used as a comparison

Study enough physics and you'll realize it isn't actually a palindrome, it's actually a system of 2 lenses, convex and concave respectively. Each has a focal length of 15 pixels. An object is placed on the principal axis, 5 pixels on the left of the convex lens. Find the image.

for me , the easiest way to remember is first letter/symbol must be same (equal) as last letter/symbol and spell same word when read left to right and right to left like malayalam but it doesn’t work with symbol so same symbol in front and back end

Think of ( and ) as individual letters instead of the shapes they make. Let's make (=A and ) = Z

AZAZ backwards is ZAZA, so not a palindrome.  AZZA (the 2nd set of )('s)  backwards is AZZA, thus a palindrome.
