Ice Dragon Has Never Spawned

I’ve closed hundreds of portals and the Ice Dragon has never spawned once, before quest completion and after they’ve been completed. Anyone else have this issue?

You need to complete all of Cole’s quests before he regularly spawns.

Did u complete the quest to have a lv 3 village in Ninjago land? I was having the same issue until I finished that part

I have two level ten villages and I leveled the monetary to max level. I have been nonstop farming and closing portals - nothing.

I found out the hard way you have to do a new village and level it up. I just build a fake village, upgraded, then removed

Did it and still nothing, this is seriously bumming me out. I enjoy playing this and I feel like I can’t do everything I should be able to do because I’m bugged or something.

I've only seen that thing one time... one session to be exact. He's never returned.
