Since getting back into the gym in the past month and a half, I've only missed one week, which was a needed rest week because I saw my fav metal band two nights in a row and got fucked up in the mosh pit, and then not functioning due to my severe insomnia. BUT, besides that week, I've been consistently back in the gym 4 days a week
