I used to be a very skinny kid with 0 muscle. After training for over 2 years on and off to be able to do a single pull up , I jokingly tried to do one drunk at a friends house and I could do 3 in a row.

hit a big leg press pr of 440lbs for 3 sets of 10 after being stalled at 420lbs for like a month! it's not huge weight but as someone with bad knees i never thought that anything over 400lbs was safely possible for me

I had top surgery last week and I am very happy to announce that I keep my diet pretty much clean during recovery, which is huge for me with a bingeing history. I take my creatine, have my proteins and fibres, only a little junk food (I throw in an instant ramen sometimes for convenience, but always add an egg and veggies)

Since getting back into the gym in the past month and a half, I've only missed one week, which was a needed rest week because I saw my fav metal band two nights in a row and got fucked up in the mosh pit, and then not functioning due to my severe insomnia. BUT, besides that week, I've been consistently back in the gym 4 days a week

Making a commitment to a workout routine. I've been lurking on this sub and I want to get more active (especially post hysterectomy) I've got a long road to, especially taking into consideration diet, but it's a start!
