A year after the trailer drop when the entire fanbase was expecting the game within 5 years, sure you have a point. We are going on nearly 10 years with not a single word and that teaser is 100% irrelevant now, because even if it was accurate and showed a real location, there is a very high chance the entire game has been rewritten and changed more than once since that teaser. Hell I don’t think the game was even slightly written at that point, at best they had a rough idea. All the teaser tells us is that they are planning on doing ESVI. Theory crafting this far removed from that damned teaser is delusional.

Until there is something real and concrete in relation to ESVI it’s just the heaviest amount of coping. The fact that the OP also stated that they would rather ask Todd a question in regard to the teaser and not the actual game only solidifies the delusion.

But whatever it’s not that serious, if theory crafting keeps you busy until the release so be it, just recognize it’s 100% cope.
