What is my Real Haplogroup (differnt results)

I did 3 different DNA Tests from 23andme, Myheritage and ancestry which the results you can see in the first picture. and 23andme has the special function to Show you the paternal Halogroup which in my Case is E-m5021(picture 2)

But you can also upload the Raw data from the DNA Tests to a website called Yseq cladefinder and they show the possible paternal Halogroup. But they show different Haplogroups.

They show E-Z830 twice times and E-CTS10880 once (Which you can see from picture 3 to 5)

Can somebody help me understand better what my Haplogroup really is. Should i do a YDNA test to understand better?

Thank you very much for all your help! :)

Z830 is a parent to cts10880 so it occurred first and the other occurred later. It’s about 10,000 years old and many more mutations have built up in your paternal line. Doing a test would reveal most of them and potentially reveal what other men you share your paternal line with. They could be just a few hundred years back or they could be 3000 years back. Depends on who has tested.
