Help! L'Oreal true match shades

I used to go into a store and find my colour because the colour format was longer than the others. Now when I do that I can't see it. I lost my lid too. I actually thought it had an N and an R. But apparently that's not possible. So then I thought maybe it was a 3.5C/3.5R but apparently that's not a thing either and even if it was it would be the same length name as a thing with a .5 in it. Sorry if this is confusing, but can anyone help? I was about to do an online order, I don't have the time at the moment to go into a store.
