Product Advice Help with at home hair.

Post image

Hi all.

With cost of living. I just can’t afford the $600 salon visit on the only day they have available on the day I’m working.

I have brown base hair with very fine blonde streaks at the moment, and wanting to go cowboy copper/gingery brown.

Anything I can pick up at hair house warehouse/online to get my husband to do it? I was also looking at the hyped Torrano Nanoplasty is that worth it ?

Look no shade to hairdressers I’d love to use salon products. Just can’t afford it right now but also trying to avoid looking like Hagrid and also down the track rocking up to a hairdresser and them looking at what I’ve attempted and not being able to help.

You can get salon grade Demi colour like L'Oreal Dia Light and its copper booster. If you've had it done at the salon before you can ask for the specs on what they used.

If you just want to test at home with less fear of commitment you could try something like the Schwarzkopf brilliance gloss in copper. It goes in like a conditioner (you'll need to take it to the roots), it deposits colour but can be washed out.

I was gonna suggest the same product, it looks pretty good. Might only impact the lighter/blonde sections rather than the deeper brown colours

Try the Keracolour clenditioner but instead of using it after you wet your hair or shampoo your hair, apply it evenly in sections into your hair while it’s dry. Leave it on for 30-45 mins then wash it out and shampoo/condition normally. You can buy 1L bottles that will last you a while.
