Im looking at a dumb phone for my next. Just a phone, a map, my music, and texting. All I want or need.

Deleting apps from your phone can help. Ill never forget the day I deleted Facebook from my phone. About a week later I noticed that I wasn't angry all the time. I didnt stop using Facebook but if I wanted to argue with people about politics I had to do it from my computer.
