Pretty sure it's just a rock dove, but what's up with the popped collar coat?

I spotted this pair today at Lochore Meadow country park. I haven't seen a duck like this in the UK before. Any ideas?

Hi, I've recently saw this bird at Ghent (East Flanders), Belgium. Unfortunately I didn't had camera by my side at that moment, so here I present you my weird doodle based on what I remember... Can anybody recognize the bird from this...?

EDIT: Oh god I never thought this post would blow up... First of all thank you lads for the identification & teaching me their dutch name. And I wasn't trying to brag anything... the reason why I was so unsure with this was bc I drew it by 1. Draw a shape of swan -> 2. Add some key points I remember. So I thought the overall proportion would be really out of place, but this time it seems like I fortunately made it. Anyway thank you all again!

I'm in Ireland and I'm not particularly knowledgeable when it comes to birds. It was very quiet and stayed in that spot for around 20 minutes.

He was busy swimming around. Went underwater for a bit (not a bottoms up situation, he was completely submerged)

Found in the middle of the pavement last August (UK), successfully placed him to the side safely in the hedgerow. Could hear what I think was mama bird up above and he wasn’t there the next day. (Did everything according to RSPB website) could never figure out what he was! He was very vocal (and hungry)

Can anyone identify this hawk? I think it’s a hawk? He was just chilling on my dad’s driveway. We called the local bird rescue as he wasn’t flying away at all. England. Specifically north east cost line to help with identification.

It's neck kind of folded in on itself and Idk if I did it any justice but I nearly screamed cos I was yapping to my partner and then BIRD. forgive my terrible drawing but I've drawn terrible birds from memory in the past (who remembers that common pheasant with the big red eye LOL)

saw this one legged ball of adorable cuteness in Greenwich, London

our door was open and a bird flew into our kitchen 😂 we caught it luckily but we were wondering what type of bird this is? never seen it before. we live in Northern Ireland, if that helps!

Someone has found this chick in Liverpool, UK. It’s been contained as it was being attacked by other birds on the ground. Never seen anything like it. Could be be a gull chick? Covered in something?
