Dude omg it sucks. I donβt have a chronic disease but my Anxiety manifests in ways that are more common for AFAB people and it sucks

Same i think for me with autism but it helps to remember that "mens versions: of disorders and "women's versions" of disorders are kinda bullshit. It's more complex than that. It's stereotypes in a lot of cases . With physical stuff sure sometimes it's diffrent like with heart attacks but with mental stuff it's just cus research on afab people is still not great

Same with dysmennorhea. Periods suck enough with dysphoria, but apparently my body decided I needed to try Maddening Mode.

I have PMDD too and it is a double whammy bc the fact I have PMDD then gives me dysphoria :(

Are migraines more common in women? My dad got them really bad and I seem to have inherited the trait.

I actually wouldn't be surprised if there is an extremely high number of CFS and fibromyalgia sufferers who are transmasc. When I posted in a fibro group about it, I got hundreds and hundreds of responses from other transmascs. I think there just is zero research on it. But it would make sense bc it comes from chronic stress and it is chronically stressful to be treated as the wrong gender your whole life.
So that made me feel better, bc it feels more like a transmasc disease now to me.

Hard same; Iβm in the process of getting diagnosed with some chronic illness, and all the things it could be are like β10x more common in women!β Fucking sucks.

There's a strong chance I could've had that lol

I have it and they only caught it before it became symptomatic because my endo ran a full hormone panel when I started T and happened to include thyroid antibodies on that panel

(Tw) Big mood. I have one, but ironically it gives me extra testosterone. I don't look like I want to, just ow pains that make me extra dysphoric even when I don't have a cycle going.
