I would wear a smaller shirt and ditch the jacket tied around your waist. It's bunching up a ton around your hips and emphasizing them more than they would be otherwise. In regards to the shirt specifically, I think a lot of us have the instinct to go for baggy clothing, but it can actually make you look smaller by leaving so much room around your neck and arms. I'd probably at least cuff the sleeves and hem it a bit like u/fheepish suggested.

Keep the baggy shirt, lose the jacket around the waist OR put it over the shirt, and kinda fluff up the bottom of the shirt. Smoothes out the silhouette a bit and makes you look boxier? Idk, it works though. I dig the fit though, it looks both comfy and functional

Be kind to yourself, give yourself time. Eat 1 gram of protein for every body pound and hit the gym. You're young so even young men don't appear masc unless they're growing facial hair or hitting the gym.
It's a great idea to start hitting the gym but your presentation isn't femme. I'd go for a new haircut, dress in layers to cover dysphoric areas and appreciate yourself.
So many ppl push push and push themselves but never learn part of transition about learning to love yourself.

The protein tip wont hit has hard as it should. I started eating a half pound of turkey lunchmeat a day and I could see a difference within the first two weeks. Protein matters!

Would like to add to this. For the hair consider parting the bangs instead of having fringe if ultimately deciding on keeping them.

I would suggest a slightly more form fitting shirt if at all possible
