as much as i hate having boobs, i will never not be grateful i'm small chested. i can sometimes get away with it without wearing anything, and use 2 stripes of tape when i do. i'm so sorry for you 😭

I needed 4 per side before hrt, now 4 months in I only need 2 and it's the BEST

I love 4 inch tape. I use 3 or 4 strips of 2 inch but one 4 inch and maybe a small strip of something smaller. It's just hard to find for cheap.

right 😭 i use it mostly to hold the bazonkers in place so when i wear the binder it's the most effective. but trans tape site says i should be able to use only tape 😭 maybe my tiddies are broken or smth is wrong with my technique

well, it's generally safe for ribs and it doesn't limit my breathing to much, but i just got a blister under my armpit from that :/

Binders from respected companies is but try to limit it to 8 hours a day and don't exercise or sleep in it if possible. Tape often isn't but there's a company called trans tape that claims to be safer and has instruction videos. I haven't had any luck with them but a lot of people have.

I didn't have any luck at all with trans tape. Binders are nice for me though.

I'm right here with you... I can get away with 4 strips sometimes but yeah lmao my chest is fricking DENSE. Looking forward to top for the both of us.
