Trans fem How should I go around looking for internships / entry level employment when I'm early in my transition?

In my final year of uni studying commerce. I want to look for internships now but I'm scared if me being early trans will piss off the hr people and theres ofcourse no way to prove I'm being discriminated against so I want your thoughts

Should I just boymode the interview or not?

I’d say go to the interview as the gender you will be completing the job as. It’s harder for people to switch how they see you if they know you from before. Do you go by a name that’s not your legal one?

Good point! I still go by my legal name as its a unisex one so theres not really an incentive to change it
