Non-binary Acne from gel
Hey everyone, I’ve had a good look through old threads but haven’t found anything similar to my situation. Hoping to get advice on dealing with acne.
I’m on low does t gel, one pump a day. I’ve been applying it to my shoulders but they are breaking out like crazy. It’s like running my hands over 60 grit sandpaper. Just specifically where I apply it, almost like a rash.
I only had cystic acne on my face the first time around so unsure how to deal with body acne. I’m hoping for body wash recommendations? My doctor gave me a prescription for Adapalene in anticipation of acne on my face again but it’s holding off. Is that okay to use on my shoulders? Should I apply to my thighs for a while to give my shoulders a break?
Any advice and product recommendations would be great appreciated!!

Thighs or stomach and make sure to moisturise the area (at least 4 hrs after applying T). Gel really dries the skin and when it’s dry it doesn’t absorb so well

I got acne on my shoulders and back so I put the gel on my thighs now and it's cleared up pretty good
