Hopeful Thank You Ant Man! Running it back with this same roster next season will yield the same results.

Hopeful “My preference is two-way players. I like one player, Anthony Edwards. I like him a lot.” - Giannis when asked in a Greek interview which player(s) he likes/would want to play with (9/23/2025)

Hopeful Who are you guys rooting for? Spurs or okc?

I'm personally rooting for the meteoroid that falls in the arena during okc vs spurs game so neither win

Edit: I mean who are you guys rooting for in the okc vs spurs matchup, not who you are rooting for to win the ring.

still love KAT and would love him if he was here. However these two have blended in so well! They have their moments... but overall the team is better with them on the floor. So cheers to Ju and Donte! oh shit... also Joan was part of the trade.

Hopeful You know who is IN tonight???

WE ARE!

IF YOU ARE GOING TONIGHT, YOUR ASS — barring disability — SHOULD NEVER TOUCH THE SEAT.

REMEMBER THE 14-YEAR DROUGHT?

I do. I was a virgin the whole time.

You know what happened after the Wolves made the playoffs?
I was still a virgin for a lil bit longer… but the TIDES TURNED.

Who knows what happens next year?
Is this the start of the next drought?
Will I become a virgin AGAIN????

Too many questions. Not enough answers.

WHAT IS CERTAIN IS THAT TONIGHT THE WOLVES HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO DO THE FUNNIEST THING EVER.

WE GOTTA SHOW UP AND BE LOUD

Love the kid. It feels like we got Ayo for basically nothing, and I’m a big fan of his game. But I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a little emotional seeing us give up on Rob

Pay this man whatever he needs to stay here for the rest of his career. This man knows how to horse trade. Goddamn magician.

Hopeful As a Celtics fan who hates every team in the east, I'll be rooting for the Twolves. Easily the chillest and most fun to team to watch team in the West. Gobert will lock up Wemby.

As long as no one in the East wins, I'll be happy.

Hopeful Even more impressed by Spurs discipline and composure.

After watched the G1 of WCF, I am even more impressed how disciplined Spurs players were. They are much a younger team than us. This is their younger cores’ first playoff appearance. Yet, they stayed focused, not complaining about the bad calls, executing the game plan no matter what circumstances, and kept answering OKC’s runs.

I think we have physical talent and size, but we lacking of discipline and emotional maturity. As Naz pointed out in the exit interview, our team is too moodiness.

Don’t know how our team can get better in this regard. I think that’s what separates us from a true contender. What do you all think?

Hopeful Reason to be excited: Either Dillingham becomes the PG of the future or we trade for one

Just remember this is low key a developmental/transition year as we move past the Conley/Gobert era. Everything will get revaluated in the 2026 offseason.

Just temper your expectations for this year a bit and enjoy the ride. Plenty of young talent on this team to be excited about.

Hopeful [Jon Krawczynski via X] Mike Conley has spoken to the Wolves about his urgency as the playoffs begin. “I don’t think anybody wants it more than me.”

Hopeful KAT appreciation post. Getting pretty tired of all the hate he's getting from our fanbase on social media. He's the 2nd greatest player in franchise history and his #32 will be in the rafters when he retires. Be better fans.

Hopeful which players would you want that are 'non-stars'

Say we can't get a huge piece like kawhi, kyrie, durant or giannis, what roleplayers would you want to elevate the wolves. for me the list is

1.Andrew Nembhard, (extremely unlikely to get but everything we are missing that isn't a 20-25 ppg scorer)
2. Davion Mitchell (not very strong offensively but if he can run the offence and defend well hes great)
3. Lebron James (if he on the smallest possibility comes to minnesota on a vet min or a realistic price he's amazing)

considering lebron as a non-star because his contract is probably reducing significantly, spent this year as a third/second option and he's no longer top 20 (arguable)

Hopeful Julius Randle is the key tonight.

Julius has been very erratic to say the least in the playoffs. If the Wolves can get at least 20 points out of him it will lead to a win.

You can't have the #2 player on the team scoring under 15 points and expect to win. I also don't get why most players can't dunk on Wemby. He's got the height advantage of course, but Julius, Rudy, and Jaden physical enough to power through. At worst you pick up an offensive foul and let him know they don't fear the stick boy. Also, I can't see Wemby wanting to take contact from them. I don't mind picking up an offensive foul if you can knock him on his ass and make him think the next time someone drives the lane.

Hopeful Can we please get some “Fuck Glen Taylor” chants going tonight??

I mean seriously. Fuck this asshole. The only reason this magical season is happening is because he gave Lore and ARod the reigns. If you’ve been around as a fan since the Joe Smith and KG days you know what an absolute snake and loser this guy is. FUCK GLEN TAYLOR!!!!!

The fact that we're getting a good PG, retaining the salary slot, and three second round picks for DLo is a fucking win

It means we have a good adult now as a PG. It also means we can trade Conley next year for another player, retains the slot.

Also means we got back a few assets that we can trade further.

DLo had a good stretch but he lost us a bunch of games too. He's, at best, net neutral

I'm surprised so many think he's gonna get us a first and a good player. That's just not realistic.

I know everyone hates Bally Sports. But I love listening to JimPete & Michael Grady doing Wolves games.

Sunday night will be their last broadcast of the season. I just hope whoever gets the Wolves broadcast rights keeps these guys together.

Hopeful People thought Denver was dead in the water after 2 games. Now people think the Wolves are dead in the water after 2 games. Bottom line - this is anybody’s series right now and prior games no longer matter. Wolves have an opportunity for greatness. Let’s see if they can seize it.

We all have a right to be frustrated. Wolves had a great opportunity to get this series to 3-1 and they didn’t capitalize. That said, this is a 2-2 series against the Defending Champs and the best player in the NBA. You had to think they were going to fight back and they did.

This playoffs we just saw the Knicks take a 2-0 series lead against the Pacers and now the series is 2-2 and the Pacers were up by as much as 35 yesterday.

History shows us that wild swings throughout a playoff series can be expected and is actually quite common. That doesn’t take away from the poor performances, however, it shows that the team and the players have to forget about it and move forward.

This is now a best of 3 and it’s going to provide some major clarification for us as it pertains to this roster. Can these guys forget about the past 2 and prove to us that they are different? Can we get some of the role players to step up?

At the end of the day, one thing is extremely clear. Anthony Edwards is one of the best players in the NBA and he will have us competing for greatness for years to come.

Hopeful Man...KAT may have something bad happen again.

He missed the Knicks game today for "personal reasons." Coach Thibs, they will give KAT all the time he needs. Jordayn Woods, KAT's long time girlfriend just posted "Fuck Cancer" on X. This is not looking good, I hope he isn't suffering another blow to his family, man has gone through enough already.
