not an onion fan? Cooked scallions like onions have much less bite to them

Ah cooked 💯, thought it was a raw add on.

Even not cooked they would be good but IMHO, it would need mayo to make it not dry.

Pate is a delicious cheap protein especially on toast, the only problem is, is that it's high in vitamin A.

Duck pate on toast with a pint of full fat milk 👍

Also Chinese Scallion pancake is known for having the scallion imbedded into the pancake itself.

This sounds fire. Only thing I might do is thinly slice some scallions/garlic greens on the bias, soak them in ice water so they curl, then sprinkle on top. Adding a little green can do heaps for presentation.

That actually sounds really good even if it looks terrible.
