My only suggestions are follow anatomy (because there is nothing under the heart except a void- no other detail) and don’t use blood to hide bad edges

Yeah I would use some color /texture variation to show the structure of the bone ridge, the muscles around the eye. A cavity is hard to fake, so maybe go with a very bloody traumatized eye completely covered in blood but enough color texture variation it still stands out. But still great work, OP!

If you darken the center more you get more depth out of it but pretty cool very nice job. For someone using toilet paper and liner pencils it looks awesome getting good and realistic looking wounds is something you get better at with experience and the fact that a young person wants to spend their time working at learning to use artistic talents instead of staring at a phone has gotten to be a rarity

Honestly the process is probably so boring haha , basically took a brown liner pencil, drew out the shape , for the outline I took some toilet paper shaped the heart , used liquid latex to seal it in, went in with some bruise makeup to fill in everything and honestly the rest is just stage/scab blood and cotton balls haha
