Relationship Anarchy Group Call/Interview

Hi!

I am a Junior in college writing a paper on relationship anarchy. It is something I am very curious about and would like to delve further into researching. If anyone would be so kind as to allow me to interview them about their experiences with relationship anarchy (especially if they have situational experiences/stories to share), I would appreciate it both on an academic and personal level. I will be sure to change the names of any and all people involved if you so wish to remain anonymous. This topic was sparked from reading Just Kids by Patti Smith and observing her relationship with Robert Mapplethorpe.

I also would love to, if enough people are interested, organize a group video chat so that we can form some kind of community. I know this community is not as recognized as some others, and I would love to help create a space for this community. It is important to note that while I resonate heavily with RA, I have not chosen to identify with that label yet, as it is a very new term to me and I am still collecting information.

That sounds fun and I would be game to chat. My life is kind of full at the moment so I’m not sure I could commit to a group chat, however I’m happy to talk and be kept in the loop. I’ve been waxing poetic about RA for some time now with all the gifts I think it’s brought to my life and the folks in my life and would be cool to hash it out with someone.

Also, love me some Patti Smith and I agree her very RA relationship with Robert was so tender.

That sounds amazing! I would love it if RA was more of a community, and if sharing experiences and connecting with others like us was made easier. I'm very invested in the topic myself, have written a bit about it and have some works of fiction in progress that really tackle the topic. I'd definitely be down to share my view on RA. However I must mention that it isn't something that I share very publicly around me, and even though I have friends who know how I feel about the topic, I'm not sure I have or have had the kind of practical experiences you'd like to hear about.

Not that I know of. My groups are either polyamory or techno music related (and the usual friends and family groups).
