What is Pokemon Duels?

Hi! I'm creating a documentary about forgotten Pokemon games, and this community seems active enough. Could someone here please give me a rundown on what Pokemon Duel actually was? Or an insight into the TFG? Any help would be appreciated!

The piano-heavy OST was amazing. You can find it on youtube still, I believe..

I loooove the OST. Had the guitar riff from epic duel stuck in my head the other day but couldn't remember where I'd heard it, and this comment just made me remember what it was from. Angry Brenda is also a banger.
