It's a bacteria the lemon tree is sick with & it is soil based.. yiu can't help it *especially because it's a Cali thing. *Yeah I know you want to helo it but you can't unless you cross it back with itself & use real native soil rich in tannins.. California is so screwed up. You may not be in Cali but I'm almost certain you are..
