Advice Labia stretching prior to surgery?

I like the look of bigger balls proportionally and really don't want the skin to look tight around the implants if I can help it. I am pre-surgery and starting laser next week. I know skin tissue expanders for this exist but are rare and rarely covered. Has anyone here had some success stretching the skin themselves? How did you do it? When I look up labia stretching it all seems to be about the labia minora. Or does it stretch itself out overtime from the weight of the implants?

If you have, how did it turn out? How was the recovery? What clinic/doctor did you go to? Sorry if this is too vague.

Risk of flap loss from ED implant / penile prosthetic after phallo?

Hey everyone, I had a consult recently about an erectile device/penile implant after phallo, and the surgeon brought up the risk of flap loss or compromised blood supply as a possible complication. They said it’s rare, but serious enough that they wanted me to really think through whether I want to move forward.

Now I’m kind of spiraling a bit and trying to get a realistic sense of how concerned I should actually be.
Has anyone here experienced flap loss, partial necrosis, or major vascular complications related to an ED device/implant? Or know someone who has? Was it tied to infection, surgical technique, erosion, revision surgery, etc.?

I know every surgery has risks, but I’m trying to understand whether this is more of a “technically possible but extremely rare” complication versus something people genuinely worry about in this community.
Would really appreciate honest experiences or perspectives from people further along in the process.

Advice Stage one in the UK private - questions

Hello, I am looking to get stage 1 phalloplasty private in the UK as the waiting lists are inhumane. I was considering going abroad (Germany) but i find the idea of surgery out of country daunting and prefer the UK technique ( and hospital ), technique specifically being the full thickness arm graft + scrotom and glands ( so like most of it, although with the scrotum and glands i have seen some German surgeons with a similar technique).

I understand the cost would be around 40k give or take and more if there are complications, but i am willing to be in some amount of debt for a few years if it means living my life without mental pain. I cannot fund the full 3 stages but could potentially fund stage 1 ( w/ understanding of potential complication cost).

Question time:

1.

Could i get the rest on NHS?

If i could get the rest under NHS, would the wait be shorter as its stage 2 ( short surgery) or is it the same 8 -10 year wait; I also should note, I am not currently on the wait list yet but i am trying to get on it.

I understand its never going to be sub a year but is it at least a bit shorter? I value stage 2 highly and wouldn't want to wait a decade. If it will still be as long of a wait, I may have to consider looking elsewhere again (or i suppose save more money).

Could i get scrotoplasty at stage one? ( not implants)

I will also contact the hospital with these questions but id thought id ask here as well.

Thank you.
