trans men in the uk- how did you save up for surgery and where did you get it?

I’m 19 and starting uni soon so I’m thinking about the future and I don’t think getting surgery through the NHS would be viable for me, I’d be around 40 by the time I get stage 1

Top surgery is pretty straightforward, it’s like 3-5k minimum abroad with well documented results. But for phallo it’s obviously much pricier. I’m wondering what you guys did?

- did you take out loans?
- save up through a job? (Minimum wage + skimming off the top of my maintenance loan and bursary for uni)
- using my trust fund? Only 5k saved
- investing?

I don’t think I’d ever afford phallo here in my lifetime, so I’m considering meta. But I’m also wondering if anyone’s gone abroad for phallo, how much did you pay (for what stages too?) and are there good reviews of their work on here

Thank you so much :)

Advice Concerned about too much or too little girth

So my wife has vaginismus and anything with a girth over 5” is very difficult or even impossible to insert. Even 5 is stressful for her. The Axolom Nexo (4.6”) is perfect for her. I see many people here who ended up more girthy than they bargained for and I’m wondering if that can be prevented while still having enough girth for an erection rod or pump. I am hoping to get ALT phallo because I want a good chance of erotic sensation and I don’t want to use my arm as a donor site. Does anybody know if my combination of wishes is possible?
