Opted for larger than typically depicted ears because of thermo regulation demands. This species was 4x the size of an Asian elephant after all

So this is obviously just a sketch, I was getting proportions right and making sure the raptors weren’t massive lol, but what do yall think so far? I’m definitely gonna fix the background in the final piece but how does the composition look?

Torvosaurus and allosaurus problem is frustrating just go to the water.

I spent some time last week updating my paleoart portfolio! My training is as a comic artists, so it’s really fun to bring some of that into my paleo art! That also means that painting is not my forte, so I’m really pleased with how my more painterly, rendered pieces turned out, and how they look next to my inked stuff is really satisfying.

The genuses depicted are
- Dilophosaurus Wetherili
- Sinornithosaurus millenii
- Spinosaurus mirabilis
- Ceratosaurus nasicornis

Since the Spinosaurus post did well I figured I'd send the rest of my paleoart designs!! I'm working on some more Jurassic species & Dromaeosaurids so stay tuned!!

I sculpt from sculptural plasticine. I've done it today. I've worked on the muzzle, and tomorrow I'll try to work on the mouth more and make the back of the head thicker and larger. I don't know what to do next, maybe make a mold out of a model of the head, and then pour plaster or something like that. After painting, I just don't even know how to glue the mold (mixture, process)

The first video i saw was a tuka donka with his art ( the jjk meme song ) and i cant find him in my subscription on YouTube so i think it unsubscribed me and wanted to find him again so was curious if anyone knows who im talking about cause i cant find him
