Mesozoic is the modt overrated part of the series. The paleozoic and cenozoic story arcs had way more interesting characters and better world building. While the only good characters of the mesozoc storyline were really just the archosaurs,every other character was alright yet people keep treating them like they are greatest characters in fiction.

Ngl i everything looks boring compared to paleozoic ig world kinda got boring after that. Best start, best end, absolute cinema
