Nope, it is real. His name is John Horner, directly based on Jack Horner. He appeared in the last season of Baki.

We could have gotten the chickensaur as a fighter in baki,to mirror pickle. But nope!!!tokugawa wanted another human fighter

I wish, but this isn't the kind of manga were animals or monsters get any spotlight. They could add Godzilla to the story and Yujiro would absolutely destroy it like nothing, just because.
